exchanges, returns & replacements


exchanges are only accepted for factory defects, such as stitching issues, holes, rips or on the basis of a size exchange. exchanges will not be processed for self-inflicted damage (e.g., sun fading, water marks, washing stains), or a change of mind. please refer to our care guides & product descriptions before making a purchase, as returns based on these factors will not be accepted.

 

customs and shipping


once your order departs our fulfilment centre, we are not responsible for additional customs duties, excess shipping charges, or loss/damage of the parcel. by placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

return procedure


to initiate an exchange, return or replacement, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. items returned after 5 days cannot be exchanged. email us via our customer support page with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. if your situation warrants a return/replacement/exchange, we will provide instructions for returning the item. once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. customers seeking an exchange due to sizing will incur the below fees, and will be expected to ship the item back to our returns depot.

 

return processing fee: $10

replacement shipping fee: $10

 

please note that these fees need to be transferred to the designated bank account to ensure a seamless procedure for processing the return and sending the replacement.
