exchanges, returns & replacements


exchanges are only accepted for factory defects, such as stitching issues, holes or rips. exchanges will not be processed for self-inflicted damage (e.g., sun fading, water marks, washing stains), sizing issues, or a change of mind. please refer to our care guides, sizing charts & recommendations & product descriptions before making a purchase, as returns based on these factors will not be accepted.

once your order departs our fulfilment centre, we are not responsible for additional customs duties, excess shipping charges, or loss/damage of the parcel. by placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

return procedure


to initiate an exchange, return or replacement, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. items returned after 5 days cannot be exchanged. email us via our customer support page with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. if your situation warrants a return/replacement/exchange, we will provide instructions for returning the item. once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your request.
