exchanges, returns & replacements 

exchanges are only accepted for factory defects, such as stitching issues, holes, or rips. exchanges will not be processed for incorrect sizing, self-inflicted damage (e.g., sun fading, water marks, washing stains), or a change of mind. please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase, as returns based on these factors will not be accepted.

customs and shipping

once your order departs our fulfilment center, we are not responsible for additional customs duties, excess shipping charges, or loss/damage of the parcel. by placing an order, you agree to these terms.

return procedure

to initiate a return, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. items returned after 5 days cannot be exchanged. email us at support@sundayaus.com with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. if your situation warrants a return/replacement/exchange we will provide instructions for returning the item. once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

policy enforcement

we reserve the right to deny returns/replacements/exchanges if the returned items do not meet our policy requirements.
