We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Sunday, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Goods can be exchanged on the basis of a FACTORY ERROR... this refers to stitching issues, holes, rips etc. note - exchanges will not be facilitated for incorrect sizing or a change of heart. Utilize our sizing charts located in our main menu to ensure you are choosing the correct size for you prior to purchase. Alongside this, ALL product descriptions must be read and thoroughly understood prior to purchasing, a return on the basis of statements declared in a product description will not be accepted. 

Alongside this, once your order has left our fulfilment center, we cannot be held accountable for any additional custom taxes, excess shipping charges or loss/damage of your parcel. When you place an order with us at Sunday, you agree to this when you checkout. 

A return must be initiated within 5 days of the original purchase for an exchange. Returned products must be in the same condition that you received them, with all tags still attached and in original packaging, undamaged. 

If 5 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To initiate a return, ensure your reasoning aligns with what is stated above and then please contact us at customercare.sunday@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the product to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned products do not meet our returns policy.
